This wine is fermented with its indigenous yeast followed by a vinification and bottling without sulfite, without fining and without filtration. Alcohol content 14.5% volume.

Nose
The nose is pleasant, very typical, with smoky, peppery, blackcurrant and intense cherry notes. But also a floral violet note.
Mouth
The attack is full-bodied, well-balanced and juicy. Luscious aromas of jammy black fruit and menthol. Tannins are present but already well blended.
Final
The finish is fruity and fairly intense, with notes of cedar and tobacco.
