We are a unique company, born of the friendship between three wine enthusiasts: Bastien, Tony and Ugo. Our vision is to redefine the winemaking tradition through innovative concepts.

Our trio of innovators have combined a passion for wine with a keen sense of innovation to create TUB e-NOLOGIA. We have always considered wine to be not just a drink, but an authentic work of art that deserves genuine recognition.

Respect for life

The meeting of the elements reveals all the subtlety, with a minimum of intervention to not alter anything.
A natural and patient transformation, winemaking requires a careful eye but a light hand. To achieve our goal, we work in closed tanks to generate a frustration of oxygen, which will inscribe the aromas and the essence of the fruit in the flesh of the wine.

Harvesting the best grapes starts at the foot of the vine.
The vine and the work of the vineyard are ancestral knowledge that the E-Nologia brigade wants to share and especially to preserve. Indeed, the Swiss vineyards, some of which are classified as UNESCO heritage sites, are particular due to the geography of Switzerland with the Alps in Valais or the 3 suns of Lavaux.

We are particularly touched by this beautiful profession that listens to nature and its needs to produce local and high quality products.

After a meticulous work in the vineyard, a mastered know-how for the bottling, it is obviously around a table, well accompanied, that we like to toast to the vineyard, to the wine growers and to this beautiful tradition.
