Cloudy color, slightly veiled, light yellow with grayish nuances.
The nose is pleasant, aromatic with very yeasty notes of cookie, bread crumb and beeswax. We also find some fruity touches of lemon and fresh apricot.
The mouth is very tonic, fresh with aromas of toasted bread and citrus zest but also an iodized side. We also perceive a floral touch of acacia and lime blossom.
The finish is racy, very sapid with hints of infused lime and fresh pear.
