"In Môtier in Vully, Fabrice and Stéphane make excellent wines, in harmony with nature. Eric, the father, was one of the first to plant red grape varieties in Vully (merlot, syrah, cabernet sauvignon and diolinoir), and his sons are now developing the offer on the 15 hectares they have at their disposal between the lakes of Morat and Neuchâtel.
Gault et Millau
Clear and brilliant red color with pinkish nuances.
The nose is elegant, fine and distinguished with notes of black fruits (blackcurrant syrup), but also of roasted cocoa, warm toast and some "sweet" touches of vanilla and caramel.
The mouth is ample, very greedy on a fresh aromatic of pine and menthol. We find these aromas of cooked strawberries and blackcurrant. The grain of tannin is elegant, firm but already well melted bringing a certain structure to the wine.
The finish is long with smoky, blond tobacco and caramel notes.
