This wine is fermented with its indigenous yeast followed by a vinification and bottling without sulfite, without fining and without filtration. Alcohol content 14.5% volume.
Clear, straw-yellow color, of sustained intensity and gray reflections.
Nose
The nose is fine, complex with notes of lemon, quince, roasted hazelnuts but also verbena. We also find notes of cardamon, brioche and cookie.
Mouth
The attack is ample, with floral aromas of chamomile, flower honey and apricots cooked in syrup.
Final
The finish presents beautiful bitters on orange, candied lemon and thyme.
