This wine is fermented with its indigenous yeast followed by a vinification and bottling without sulfite, without fining and without filtration. Alcohol content 14.5% volume.
Clear, lemon yellow color, medium intensity with grey reflections.
Nose
The nose is distinguished, expressive, with notes of lychee, rhubarb, floral touches of broom and acacia and some spicy notes of white pepper.
Mouth
The attack is fresh, with a nice minerality (saltiness), aromas of stewed rhubarb, roasted hazelnuts and honey, with a nice structure.
Final
The finish is acidic, iodized on mentholated notes.
