Do not try to compare this wine! Let your emotions run free and take it as it is. Just pay attention to its spontaneous and digestive side. Its color is naturally dark yellow to amber and the wine is slightly cloudy.

This wine is fermented with its indigenous yeast followed by a vinification and bottling without sulfite, without fining and without filtration. Alcohol content 14.5% volume.
Clear, lemon-yellow color with light intensity and gray reflections.
Nose
The nose is pleasant, fine with notes of pear, acacia and broom. We also find a very subtle mineral and iodine touch.
Mouth
The attack is ample with a lot of freshness, on citrus fruits aromas (lemon, orange peel) but also a nice salinity which brings a length to the wine.
Final
The finish is tangy with yellow lemon zest, grapefruit and white flowers.
