This wine is fermented with its indigenous yeast followed by a vinification and bottling without sulfite, without fining and without filtration. Alcohol content 14.5% volume.
Clear, lemon yellow color, of sustained intensity and gray reflections.
Nose
The nose is distinguished, expressive with notes of citrus (lemon), white flowers (acacia), black tea, but also sweet touches of caramel and nougat.
Mouth
The attack is ample, with a beautiful richness, we perceive acidulous aromas of citrus fruits which balance the wine wonderfully.
Final
The finish is pleasant with sweet spices like cinnamon, honey and toast.
