This wine is fermented with its indigenous yeast followed by a vinification and bottling without sulfite, without fining and without filtration. Alcohol content 14.5% volume.
The nose is aromatic and elegant, with notes of lemon, pear, acacia and fresh herbs. There are also hints of iodine and brioche.
Mouth
The attack is rich and full, with aromas of lemon zest, hay and toast. The mid-palate is very well balanced, with fine minerality.
