This wine is fermented with its indigenous yeast followed by a vinification and bottling without sulfite, without fining and without filtration. Alcohol content 14.5% volume.

Nose
The nose is delicate, subtle with notes of black currant, violet and lavender. But also a spicy profile on pepper and black tea leaves.
Mouth
The attack is balanced, relatively greedy, with aromas of strawberry, plum. The tannins are supple and raise an aromatic of sweet spices (cinnamon).
Final
The finish is full of greed, very regressive on toasted notes, tobacco and fresh strawberries.
