First of all, we'd like to sincerely thank you for joining us on this incredible project, which has brought together over 2,000 people.

After all these weeks of waiting, you're about to embark on an oenological journey through Switzerland during the month of December. Here's some important information before we let you discover the precious nectars:

On odd-numbered days, remember to open the window in the morning and chill the flask.

For each vial, a tasting sheet can be consulted using the QR code you'll find at the bottom. We advise you to scan the vial with the wine still in it (it's easier to read).

If you'd like to have a wine and food pairing, we'll advise you on the right choices on December 19, so that you can order the matching wines and treat your guests.

We hope you enjoy tasting these nuggets as much as we enjoyed preparing this Clos de l'Avent, and we look forward to receiving your impressions.

Did you know?

Although Switzerland is not among the largest wine producers in the world in terms of volume, it is famous for the high quality of its wines. Production is often small-scale, favouring quality over quantity.

Tasting

Eye

Clear, pale yellow color, light intensity with grey reflections.

Nose

The nose is powerful, very aromatic with exotic notes of lychee, passion fruit and pineapple. There are also spices such as white pepper and honey.

Mouth

The attack is powerful, very balanced, with exotic aromas of mango, but also floral aromas of dried roses and jasmine, a rare aromatic power.

Final

The finish is intense, with lychee, flowers and beautiful bitters.
