First of all, we'd like to sincerely thank you for joining us on this incredible project, which has brought together over 2,000 people.
After all these weeks of waiting, you're about to embark on an oenological journey through Switzerland during the month of December. Here's some important information before we let you discover the precious nectars:
On odd-numbered days, remember to open the window in the morning and chill the flask.
For each vial, a tasting sheet can be consulted using the QR code you'll find at the bottom. We advise you to scan the vial with the wine still in it (it's easier to read).
If you'd like to have a wine and food pairing, we'll advise you on the right choices on December 19, so that you can order the matching wines and treat your guests.
We hope you enjoy tasting these nuggets as much as we enjoyed preparing this Clos de l'Avent, and we look forward to receiving your impressions.

Wine tourism is booming in Switzerland, attracting wine lovers from all over the world eager to experience Swiss vineyards and their unique culture.
Clear, purple color, deep intensity and purple reflections.
The nose is pleasant, very typical, with smoky, peppery, blackcurrant and intense cherry notes. But also a floral violet note.
The attack is full-bodied, well-balanced with a juicy side. The aromatics are greedy with jammy black fruits and a minty side. The tannins are present but already well blended.
The finish is fruity and fairly intense, with notes of cedar and tobacco.
