First of all, we'd like to sincerely thank you for joining us on this incredible project, which has brought together over 2,000 people.
After all these weeks of waiting, you're about to embark on an oenological journey through Switzerland during the month of December. Here's some important information before we let you discover the precious nectars:
On odd-numbered days, remember to open the window in the morning and chill the flask.
For each vial, a tasting sheet can be consulted using the QR code you'll find at the bottom. We advise you to scan the vial with the wine still in it (it's easier to read).
If you'd like to have a wine and food pairing, we'll advise you on the right choices on December 19, so that you can order the matching wines and treat your guests.
We hope you enjoy tasting these nuggets as much as we enjoyed preparing this Clos de l'Avent, and we look forward to receiving your impressions.

The architecture of Swiss wineries, ranging from historic buildings to modern, eco-friendly designs, reflects the diversity and innovation of the Swiss wine industry.
Clear, light yellow color, of medium intensity and with grey reflections.
A pleasant, open nose with notes of honey, lime blossom and fresh lemon. There's also a pleasant touch of saline minerality.
The attack is supple, well-balanced and structured, with a light CO2 on aromas of toasted bread, resin and dried apricot.
The finish is pleasant with notes of toast, quince and lime blossom.
