First of all, we'd like to sincerely thank you for joining us on this incredible project, which has brought together over 2,000 people.
After all these weeks of waiting, you're about to embark on an oenological journey through Switzerland during the month of December. Here's some important information before we let you discover the precious nectars:
On odd-numbered days, remember to open the window in the morning and chill the flask.
For each vial, a tasting sheet can be consulted using the QR code you'll find at the bottom. We advise you to scan the vial with the wine still in it (it's easier to read).
If you'd like to have a wine and food pairing, we'll advise you on the right choices on December 19, so that you can order the matching wines and treat your guests.
We hope you enjoy tasting these nuggets as much as we enjoyed preparing this Clos de l'Avent, and we look forward to receiving your impressions.

Switzerland has around 15,000 hectares of vines, mainly in the cantons of Valais, Vaud, Geneva and Ticino.
Clear, purplish color with dense intensity and violet highlights.
The nose is delicate and expressive, with notes of vanilla and toasted bread of great finesse. There are also fruity hints of redcurrant and tapenade.
The attack is rich and infinitely delicious, with aromas of sweet spices, fresh strawberries, blackcurrants and dried flowers. The tannins are present, supple and elegant, providing structure and longevity.
The finish is fruity and juicy, with hints of cinnamon, roasted almonds and blackberry.
