First of all, we'd like to sincerely thank you for joining us on this incredible project, which has brought together over 2,000 people.
After all these weeks of waiting, you're about to embark on an oenological journey through Switzerland during the month of December. Here's some important information before we let you discover the precious nectars:
On odd-numbered days, remember to open the window in the morning and chill the flask.
For each vial, a tasting sheet can be consulted using the QR code you'll find at the bottom. We advise you to scan the vial with the wine still in it (it's easier to read).
If you'd like to have a wine and food pairing, we'll advise you on the right choices on December 19, so that you can order the matching wines and treat your guests.
We hope you enjoy tasting these nuggets as much as we enjoyed preparing this Clos de l'Avent, and we look forward to receiving your impressions.

Swiss vineyards are often located in spectacular landscapes, offering stunning views of the Alps, lakes, and valleys, making them popular tourist destinations.
Clear, purplish color, of medium intensity and with purple reflections.
The nose is powerful, marked by notes of red fruit jam, tapenade, cedar and lavender, a beautiful richness.
The attack has a nice balance, between power and elegance with aromas of thyme, fresh undergrowth and toast. The tannins are present, with a nice finesse and already well melted.
The finish is intense, regressive, with notes of cocoa, cherry and cinnamon.
