Welcome to our website!
First of all, we'd like to sincerely thank you for joining us on this incredible project, which has brought together over 2,000 people.
After all these weeks of waiting, you're about to embark on an oenological journey through Switzerland during the month of December. Here's some important information before we let you discover the precious nectars:
On odd-numbered days, remember to open the window in the morning and chill the flask.
For each vial, a tasting sheet can be consulted using the QR code you'll find at the bottom. We advise you to scan the vial with the wine still in it (it's easier to read).
If you'd like to have a wine and food pairing, we'll advise you on the right choices on December 19, so that you can order the matching wines and treat your guests.
We hope you enjoy tasting these nuggets as much as we enjoyed preparing this Clos de l'Avent, and we look forward to receiving your impressions.
Thank you.... and Cheers!!!

The tasting cellars, typical of Swiss wine villages, offer an immersive experience where visitors can taste local wines directly with the producers.
Clear, garnet-red color, with sustained intensity and purple reflections.
The nose is intense, with juicy notes of fresh cherries. There are also hints of sweet spices such as cinnamon.
The attack is fresh, with smoky vanilla aromas, but also kirsch, fresh humus and undergrowth, a beautiful complexity. Tannins are present, yet supple.
The finish features beautiful bitters on dark chocolate, but also sandalwood and licorice.
