Welcome to our website!
First of all, we'd like to sincerely thank you for joining us on this incredible project, which has brought together over 2,000 people.
After all these weeks of waiting, you're about to embark on an oenological journey through Switzerland during the month of December. Here's some important information before we let you discover the precious nectars:
On odd-numbered days, remember to open the window in the morning and chill the flask.
For each vial, a tasting sheet can be consulted using the QR code you'll find at the bottom. We advise you to scan the vial with the wine still in it (it's easier to read).
If you'd like to have a wine and food pairing, we'll advise you on the right choices on December 19, so that you can order the matching wines and treat your guests.
We hope you enjoy tasting these nuggets as much as we enjoyed preparing this Clos de l'Avent, and we look forward to receiving your impressions.
Thank you.... and Cheers!!!

Some Swiss winemakers still use ancestral winemaking methods, such as fermentation in oak barrels or stone vats, to maintain a link with tradition.
Clear, lemon yellow color, medium intensity with grey reflections.
The nose is developed, open to exotic notes of mango and passion fruit, but also to spices such as white pepper and jasmine, with great complexity.
The attack is well-balanced, with aromas of roasted pineapple, orange zest and dried rose. The acidity gives the wine good staying power and a certain freshness.
The finish is full-bodied, fruity (exotic) with a touch of melon and jasmine.
