Welcome to our website!
First of all, we'd like to sincerely thank you for joining us on this incredible project, which has brought together over 2,000 people.
After all these weeks of waiting, you're about to embark on an oenological journey through Switzerland during the month of December. Here's some important information before we let you discover the precious nectars:
On odd-numbered days, remember to open the window in the morning and chill the flask.
For each vial, a tasting sheet can be consulted using the QR code you'll find at the bottom. We advise you to scan the vial with the wine still in it (it's easier to read).
If you'd like to have a wine and food pairing, we'll advise you on the right choices on December 19, so that you can order the matching wines and treat your guests.
We hope you enjoy tasting these nuggets as much as we enjoyed preparing this Clos de l'Avent, and we look forward to receiving your impressions.
Thank you.... and Cheers!!!

Swiss viticulture has a very long history, dating back to Roman times. This means that viticultural techniques and knowledge have been refined and developed over centuries.
Clear, garnet-red color, with sustained intensity and purple reflections.
The nose is very fine and elegant, with sweet notes of vanilla, strawberry syrup and cherry. There are also hints of roasted hazelnut and chocolate.
The attack is full-bodied, with a certain richness and delicacy, with aromas of blackcurrant and fresh blackberry, as well as sweet spices, cinnamon and vanilla. Tannins are quite present, already well blended, a very fine balance.
The finish is delicious, with regressive notes of caramel, yoghurt-like red fruit and undergrowth.
