First of all, we'd like to sincerely thank you for joining us on this incredible project, which has brought together over 2,000 people.

After all these weeks of waiting, you're about to embark on an oenological journey through Switzerland during the month of December. Here's some important information before we let you discover the precious nectars:

On odd-numbered days, remember to open the window in the morning and chill the flask.

For each vial, a tasting sheet can be consulted using the QR code you'll find at the bottom. We advise you to scan the vial with the wine still in it (it's easier to read).

If you'd like to have a wine and food pairing, we'll advise you on the right choices on December 19, so that you can order the matching wines and treat your guests.

We hope you enjoy tasting these nuggets as much as we enjoyed preparing this Clos de l'Avent, and we look forward to receiving your impressions.

Valais is Switzerland's largest wine-growing canton, where almost a third of the country's vineyards are cultivated.

Tasting

Eye

A limpid, golden-yellow color with strong intensity and gray highlights.

Nose

The nose is delicate and subtle, with notes of tangerine, pine and flint. There's also a regressive touch of jasmine.

Mouth

The attack is well-balanced, relatively greedy, with aromas of lime blossom, blond tobacco and licorice, with a hint of very noble vegetal adding a lovely complexity.

Final

The finish is full of deliciousness, with hints of menthol and bitter almonds.
