Welcome to our website!
First of all, we'd like to sincerely thank you for joining us on this incredible project, which has brought together over 2,000 people.
After all these weeks of waiting, you're about to embark on an oenological journey through Switzerland during the month of December. Here's some important information before we let you discover the precious nectars:
On odd-numbered days, remember to open the window in the morning and chill the flask.
For each vial, a tasting sheet can be consulted using the QR code you'll find at the bottom. We advise you to scan the vial with the wine still in it (it's easier to read).
If you'd like to have a wine and food pairing, we'll advise you on the right choices on December 19, so that you can order the matching wines and treat your guests.
We hope you enjoy tasting these nuggets as much as we enjoyed preparing this Clos de l'Avent, and we look forward to receiving your impressions.
Thank you.... and Cheers!!!

Switzerland is also known for producing icewine, a type of dessert made from grapes harvested in a state of frost, which concentrates their natural sweetness.
Clear, lemon-yellow color with light intensity and gray reflections.
The nose is racy, expressive with notes of citrus fruits (lemon), hydrocarbons typical of the grape variety, a very beautiful expression, very pure. There are also hints of white pepper.
The attack is saline, fresh on citrus fruits (lime), we perceive a beautiful salinity, very delicate, and aromas of ripe pears.
The finish is expressive on toast, smoky and black tea touches.
