First of all, we'd like to sincerely thank you for joining us on this incredible project, which has brought together over 2,000 people.
After all these weeks of waiting, you're about to embark on an oenological journey through Switzerland during the month of December. Here's some important information before we let you discover the precious nectars:
On odd-numbered days, remember to open the window in the morning and chill the flask.
For each vial, a tasting sheet can be consulted using the QR code you'll find at the bottom. We advise you to scan the vial with the wine still in it (it's easier to read).
If you'd like to have a wine and food pairing, we'll advise you on the right choices on December 19, so that you can order the matching wines and treat your guests.
We hope you enjoy tasting these nuggets as much as we enjoyed preparing this Clos de l'Avent, and we look forward to receiving your impressions.

Swiss winemakers are constantly experimenting with new grape varieties to adapt to climate change and explore new flavors and textures.
Cloudy colour, red raspberry tile, of medium intensity and with grey reflections.
The nose is distinguished, expressive, with ripe notes of plum, peony and black cherries. There are also hints of almonds and lavender.
The attack is ample with a nice balance of aromas of nectarine, redcurrant but also liquorice and toast.
The finish is tangy, with cinnamon and beeswax.
